Nursadyk Nurdinov to Compete at PWL 11 Tournament in Tashkent

Another representative from Kyrgyzstan will participate in the international wrestling tournament in Uzbekistan.

The PWL 11 tournament will take place on March 27 in the capital of Uzbekistan — Tashkent.

Kyrgyz wrestler Nursadyk Nurdinov will compete in the weight category up to 65 kg in freestyle wrestling.

His opponent will be Arip Abdulaev from Russia, who is a medalist of the Yarygin tournament.

Nursadyk, who is 19 years old, has already won the title of Asian champion among youth (U-17) in 2024 and became a finalist in an international tournament held in Egypt in 2025.

In addition to Nurdin, athletes such as Akjol Mahmudov, AbduMalik Karachov, Ömürbek Asan uulu, and Sezim Jumanzarova will also compete in the tournament.

Initially, a match was planned between Aiperi Medet kyzy and Olympic champion from Japan Yuka Kagami, but this fight was canceled due to the injury of the Japanese athlete.
