A Higher School of Governors will be launched in Kyrgyzstan

A Higher School of Business for Central Asia has been opened in Bishkek, created in partnership with RANEPA and the investment fund Central Asia Capital.

This is the first classical MBA program in Central Asia, developed in collaboration with the Spanish business school IESE, which ranks 1st in Europe according to the Financial Times.

High-ranking officials attended the opening ceremony, including the Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies Azamat Jamangulov, the Minister of Economy and Commerce Bakyt Sydykov, and the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Daniyar Amangeldiev.

Anton Sobin, the founder of Central Asia Capital, stated that "in the next six months we will launch a program for senior management in public administration in partnership with RANEPA - the Higher School of Governors."

The curriculum was developed based on the Higher School of Corporate Governance of RANEPA and includes collaboration with the IESE Business School in Barcelona, recognized as the best in Europe by the Financial Times.

Training will be conducted using a hybrid model, including ten in-person sessions in Bishkek, four in Moscow, and seven online modules. The total duration of the program will be 21 months, and student enrollment began on October 23.

The First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Daniyar Amangeldiev emphasized the importance of interaction between governments, noting that "all issues are resolved with a high degree of mutual understanding in real time."

The MBA program in Kyrgyzstan includes courses in strategic management, marketing, corporate finance, change management, as well as additional elective subjects.

Teaching at the school will be conducted by leading Russian experts, including: Doctor of Economic Sciences Sergey Kalendzhan, Director of the Center for Corporate and Business Education of RANEPA Olga Gumilevskaya, and Director of the MBA program at RANEPA Alvina Kalendzhan.

The cost of education is 400,000 soms per year (about 400,000 rubles), which is five times cheaper than in Moscow, where a similar program at RANEPA costs approximately 2 million rubles. The first group consists of 26 students, and the next enrollment is scheduled for spring 2026 with the same number of students.
