The campus will include the following elements:
- a university offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs;
- a college providing primary and secondary vocational education;
- an innovative coworking space;
- student dormitories.
Additionally, in a letter from the Ministry of Education dated September 19, 2025, number 20-2/6042, it is stated that the capital will also host:
- a training laboratory for new professions based at vocational school No. 4;
- a dormitory for students of vocational school No. 5;
- the Kyrgyz-Chinese laboratory in the field of railway transport at vocational school No. 97.
