The flag features a blue-green field adorned with an image of a white eagle with outstretched wings and mountain peaks on its chest. At the bottom of the flag is the inscription "Кыргызстан салык кызматы" (Kyrgyzstan Tax Service). The upper part of the design includes white geometric shapes: three diamonds in the center and round elements on both sides, connected in an arc.

The emblem of the State Tax Service is round and replicates key elements of the flag, depicting a blue-green eagle on a white background with an enclosing inscription at the bottom.
The new symbols will be used on uniforms, documents, and official materials of the tax service. The flag will be installed in central and territorial offices, as well as used at official and ceremonial events.
