- Payments to pensioners. Citizens who have reached retirement age or have the right to do so can receive their savings.
- Moving abroad. Individuals who have moved to a permanent residence outside the country can request their pension savings.
- Inheritance. In the event of the account holder's death, relatives can receive the accumulated funds.
- Military personnel. Military personnel who have reached the age of 63 and have savings in the GNPF can use these funds.
- Mortgage expenses. Pension savings can be used for a down payment or repayment of a mortgage, as well as for participation in housing construction.
- Assistance to the unemployed. Officially registered unemployed individuals can receive funds based on the minimum subsistence level.
- Treatment of serious illnesses. Savings can be used for the treatment of certain severe illnesses (the list can be found on the Social Fund's website).
- Total recipients of pension savings - 226,144 people (a total of 5 billion 770.3 million soms), of which:
- pensioners - 198,880 people (3 billion 61.1 million soms);
- individuals who have moved to a permanent residence - 4,496 people (251.8 million soms);
- heirs of deceased insured individuals - 11,847 people (357.1 million soms);
- military personnel - 995 people (11.6 million soms);
- officially unemployed - 312 people (5.9 million soms);
- individuals with severe illnesses - 766 people (126.7 million soms).
- people receiving a mortgage loan - 385 people (87 million soms);
- clients who already have a mortgage loan - 7,779 people (1 billion 745.2 million soms);
- individuals making rental payments (financed by JSC "GIK") - 317 people (52.1 million soms);
- participants in shared construction or those repaying installment agreements - 367 people (71.8 million soms).
