- The implementation of retrofit technologies in the agricultural sector has become a relevant topic at the conference, where Irina Popkova, president of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Institute of Scientific Communications," spoke. She presented a concept based on the experience of Uzbekistan.

Popkova emphasized that this involves modernizing the existing fleet of agricultural machinery using autonomous control systems. This solution will significantly increase productivity without the need for a complete replacement of equipment, making the project more accessible for farmers.

According to the expert, the proposed measures aim to reduce costs, decrease dependence on skilled labor, and improve the accuracy of fieldwork. "The use of digital technologies and sensors allows farmers to optimize processes, reducing production costs and increasing competitiveness in the market," she noted.

As Popkova reported, the total funding for the project amounts to 1.3 billion sums (equivalent to 9,459,970 soms). The majority of the investments will be directed towards the development and adaptation of software, as well as intelligent systems.

In the first year, it is planned to install 50 devices, and the project already promises a profit of 84 million sums (about 611,259.6 soms) at the initial stage, which confirms its economic viability, she added.
