During the introduction of the new deputy, conducted by Minister Akyl Toktobaev, the deputy ministers and heads of various structural divisions of the ministry were present.
According to the ministry's information, Seydaliev's appointment took place in accordance with Article 18 of the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Cabinet of Ministers".
Brief biography of Zhenish Seydaliev:
Zhenish Kanybekovich Seydaliev is an expert in the fields of mining, economics, and management. Until 2016, he worked in private and international companies, dealing with legal issues, management, and the implementation of international projects in Kyrgyzstan.
- From 2016 to 2018, he was the chief specialist in the procurement department of OJSC "Kyrgyzaltyn";
- In 2018–2020, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Foreign Economic Activity Department of OJSC "Kyrgyzaltyn";
- From 2019 to 2021, he worked as an advisor to the General Director of LLC "Altynken";
- In 2020–2021, he was the head of the Foreign Economic Activity Department of OJSC "Kyrgyzaltyn";
- In 2021, he became an advisor to the Chairman of the Board of OJSC "Kyrgyzaltyn" on compliance with international LBMA standards;
- From 2021 to 2022, he was a member of the Board of OJSC "Kyrgyzaltyn" and also the Deputy Chairman of the Board for Economic and Financial Issues;
- During the same period, he was a member of the Board of CJSC "Kumtor Gold Company";
- In 2022, he became a member of the Board of Directors of LLC "Altynken";
- From 2022 to 2024, he served as an advisor to the General Director of LLC "GIK Akzholtoi Resources";
- In 2023–2024, he held the position of Director of LLC "April EYZETAY";
- In 2024, he was appointed General Director of LLC "Almaly Mining";
- Since 2025, he has been an advisor to the President of the National Olympic Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- In 2025, he also became an advisor to the Director of the state enterprise "Kyrgyz Geology".
Seydaliev holds a higher education degree in economics and management, as well as a legal education. He is fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English. He is married and raising four children.
