Kyrgyzstan presented the third generation of the 'Single Window' system at the WTO

At the World Trade Organization, a presentation of a new training course on 'Single Window' systems was held, created in collaboration with the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) and the World Bank.

This event was attended by Nurbek Maksutov, Deputy Chairman of the UN Center for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UNCEFACT) and a representative of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic, who delivered a speech.

He noted that the implementation of digital technologies in foreign trade is of great importance, emphasizing that 'Single Window' systems are an important tool for modernizing trade, increasing transparency, and enhancing competitiveness.

Nurbek Maksutov also reported that Kyrgyzstan has been actively developing its 'Single Window' system over the past several years, starting from the first version launched in 2012 to the current third generation. These measures contribute to creating a reliable foundation for increasing transparency and efficiency in trade processes.

The presented course is a valuable resource for countries in the region, as it covers the organizational, legal, and technical aspects of 'Single Window' systems. Special attention is paid to interoperability, that is, the ability of national systems to effectively interact with each other to achieve real regional advantages.
