As part of the 24th Ministerial Conference of the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC), the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and head of the Presidential Administration, Adylbek Kasymaliev, delivered an important speech. He emphasized that CAREC serves as a vital tool for strengthening ties in the region, promoting trade and investment, as well as accelerating economic growth and enhancing stability in Central Asia.

Kasymaliev noted that numerous regional projects are being implemented in collaboration with development partners such as the Asian Development Bank, which contribute to the progress of the entire CAREC region and ensure the quality execution of projects through technical consultations. According to him, thanks to CAREC initiatives, the Kyrgyz Republic has the opportunity to expand access to markets and services, which facilitates increased trade and positions the country as a regional hub.

In his speech, the head of the government focused on key areas of cooperation, expressing interest in further developing and modernizing transport corridors to increase trade turnover between states.

“To strengthen connectivity in transport and logistics, we need to increase investments in the modernization of existing transport corridors, as well as in the construction of new routes and main railways on the territory of Kyrgyzstan, integrating them into international multimodal transport corridors,” he added.

Kasymaliev also highlighted the importance of facilitating the full implementation of national information systems of a “single window,” through which all documents and permits in the field of foreign trade between CAREC countries will be processed, which will enhance the efficiency of border points and harmonize customs procedures.

In his opinion, the development of human capital is an integral part of the integration and development of regional economies. Therefore, he proposed to create national information systems for the labor market of CAREC countries for further integration. The head of the cabinet noted that the Kyrgyz Republic actively participates in the CAREC program and is ready to implement mutually beneficial initiatives.

During the conference, several significant documents were also signed. ```
