It is important to note that the system only covers those requests that were made during the Kurultai itself. Access to it is restricted, and each user is provided with a unique login and password. These measures are aimed at ensuring the security of the information. Information on the progress of the activities is updated in real-time on the website.
According to the results of the Kurultai, the largest number of requests and proposals were directed to this ministry, highlighting the wide range of its activities.
The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry is the only agency within the structure of the Cabinet of Ministers that has developed an electronic system for processing requests received at the Kurultai. The system was developed by the subordinate institution "Agrosmart".
During the event, the necessity of creating this system, the stages of its development, and the capabilities for receiving and processing information in electronic format were presented in detail. Specialists demonstrated the mechanism of the system's operation in practice.
As of 2025, requests from the delegates of the III People's Kurultai have been summarized, leading to the approval of an action plan consisting of 410 items. Of these, 50 activities (12%) have already been completed, 360 (88%) are in the implementation stage, and there are no outstanding activities.
At the same time, 60% of the requests concern issues related to irrigation, while 23% relate to providing the population with drinking water. Given the strategic importance of these areas, the majority of activities are currently in the process of implementation.
The average implementation period for projects aimed at providing the population with drinking water, assuming stable funding, is from 3 to 3.5 years. In this regard, the information in the system is constantly updated, and the implementation of activities is monitored at each stage by the management.
