The data is presented in the budget execution report for 2025, published by the Cabinet of Ministers.
At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, informed the deputies that there is a stable growth in the construction sector. In 2024, it was 28.7%, and in 2025 it increased to 29%.
“In 2025, the construction of 291 social facilities was successfully completed, including 129 schools, 60 kindergartens, 26 healthcare institutions, 35 cultural and sports facilities, as well as 41 other facilities,” emphasized the head of government.
He also added that by the end of this year, the construction and major repairs of another 21 social facilities are planned to be completed, among which are 14 schools and 5 kindergartens.
