Items for auction:
- lot No. 1 — a land plot of 1,000 square meters, starting price — 5.3 million soms;
- lot No. 2 — a land plot with a building of 1,000 square meters, starting price — 6.74 million soms;
- lot No. 3 — a land plot of 1,000 square meters, starting price — 5.15 million soms;
- lot No. 4 — another land plot of 1,000 square meters, starting price — 5.15 million soms;
- lot No. 5 — a land plot of 3,000 square meters, starting price — 7.1 million soms.
Participation in the auction is allowed for both individuals and legal entities who will make a security deposit of 50,000 soms.
The acceptance of applications will last until January 21, 2026.
