"These actions violate the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic and may threaten the financial security of participants," the supervisory body reports.

The main signs of this illegal activity include:
- absence of permission to organize a lottery;
- requirement for mandatory purchase or transfer of funds to participate;
- lack of transparency in the rules, deadlines, and conditions of the draw;
- offers of cars, large cash amounts, and other valuable prizes without legal grounds.
