In an interview on "Birinchi Radio," Aman Kebekov, a specialist in cadastral valuation from the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography, noted that "it is still early to talk about specific changes in prices in 2026."

He also added that the rise in real estate prices will largely depend on the increase in the prices of construction materials.

"Traditionally, there is a surge in transactions and prices in the fall, which is related to the completion of agricultural work and the availability of funds for people," the expert emphasized.
