Japan has sent an expert to Kyrgyzstan to develop the investment sector


In Kyrgyzstan, international expert Takeuchi Norihiko has begun his work, having arrived under a technical cooperation agreement concluded between the two countries with the support of JICA. From December 10, 2025, he will provide consulting and analytical services to the National Investment Agency, including the development of the Investment Policy Development Strategy for Kyrgyzstan until 2030. His work will last for two years.

Takeuchi Norihiko, born in 1969, has extensive experience in corporate governance and international investments. In 1994, he graduated from Keio University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, focusing on management and policy.

Throughout his career, he has served as the General Manager of the Investment Department and Business Support Division at Bokd Investment Co., Ltd., where his responsibilities included overseeing domestic and international investments as well as providing strategic support to companies within the investment portfolio.

Previously, Takeuchi worked at Otsuka Techno Corporation, where he held positions as Director of Corporate Planning and General Manager of Business Development. During this period, he was responsible for establishing partnerships both in Japan and abroad, as well as implementing investment projects in the technology sector of the Otsuka Pharmaceutical Group.
