The presentation of the acceleration program took place in Bishkek, organized by the National Association of Cooperatives and Other Forms of Economic Community of Kazakhstan (NACOFEC), held at the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic. This event marked NACOFEC's first presentation in Kyrgyzstan, where the organization, actively working on the development of export corridors, offered Kyrgyz entrepreneurs the opportunity to enter one of China's largest retail chains — China Co-op.

Representatives of the Chamber of Commerce, employees of the Export Development and Promotion Center "Kyrgyz Export" under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, as well as entrepreneurs from the agribusiness and other export-oriented sectors participated in the event.

At the meeting, the launch of mechanisms that have already demonstrated their effectiveness within the framework of NACOFEC's strategic partnership with the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives (ACFSMC) was announced. This will allow producers of organic products from Kyrgyzstan to occupy places on specialized shelves of the network, which covers 341 thousand retail outlets across China.

The Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce, Avazbek Kerimbaev, emphasized that entering the Chinese market opens new horizons for the country's economy.

“The Chinese market is becoming increasingly attractive, and Kyrgyzstan has every opportunity to take its share. Our colleagues from Kazakhstan, with significant experience in exporting to the PRC, are ready to share their knowledge and assist in the establishment of laboratories in Kyrgyzstan. Establishing supplies to China will be a powerful stimulus for the development of our economy,” he noted.

The President of NACOFEC, Kazybek Shaikh, highlighted the importance of regional integration.

“We brought a tested export technology to Kyrgyzstan. Kazakhstan's experience shows that uniting small and medium producers into sustainable export chains is the only way to succeed in such a large and competitive market as China. Kyrgyzstan's products have unique ecological characteristics, and our goal is to provide them with a 'green corridor', starting from certification and ending with sales in China Co-op. This is the first, but crucial step towards creating a unified organic brand for Central Asia,” he added.

As part of the presentation, a practical algorithm available to Kyrgyz producers was introduced. It includes entry into the China Co-op network in the project "Shelf of Organic Products of Central Asia," as well as training on packaging adaptation and certification, signing of offtake contracts for guaranteed sales, technology transfer, and the implementation of small industrialization for deep processing of raw materials directly in the country.

Participants of the event noted that using proven Kazakhstani methodologies will help Kyrgyz entrepreneurs reduce the time to enter the PRC market and avoid common mistakes at the export stage.

The presentation concluded with the signing of a memorandum of cooperation between NACOFEC and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, aimed at promoting Kyrgyz producers in international markets and developing cooperative, production, sales, and financial infrastructure in the country.
