This year, 300 electric charging stations will be installed in Kyrgyzstan
At a meeting between the Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Taalaibek Ibraev, and Mr. No Sun Yon, the CEO of "Blue Networks," issues of cooperation in the development of infrastructure for electric charging stations were discussed. During the negotiations, it was announced that by July 2026, 300 charging devices for electric vehicles are planned to be installed in Kyrgyzstan. Representatives of the South Korean company noted their successful experience related to the installation of 3,500 such stations in the Republic of Korea.

In addition, the parties expressed interest in implementing projects for the construction of solar power plants and the development of renewable energy sources. An important aspect of the discussion was the digitalization of the energy sector: the company has developed specialized software for managing the infrastructure of electric charging stations. An agreement was also reached to transfer the keys and logins for access to the software complex to the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic, which will ensure transparency and effective monitoring of the system.

The Ministry of Energy emphasized that these initiatives are of strategic importance for the development of Kyrgyzstan's "green" economy and enhancing its investment attractiveness. The implementation of these plans is aimed at strengthening Kyrgyz-South Korean partnership and accelerating the transition to environmentally friendly modes of transport.
