These measures are aimed at ensuring the proper condition and operation of the tunnels, according to information from the document.
Thus, for citizens of Kyrgyzstan and other EAEU countries, the toll for passage through the tunnels on the Bishkek - Osh route will be:
- 50 soms for passenger cars (category M1);
- 100 soms for vehicles M2 (transporting more than eight passengers, weight up to 5 tons), N1, and T5 (cargo up to 3.5 tons and wheeled tractors);
- 150 soms for vehicles M3 (more than eight passenger seats, weight over 5 tons) and N2 (cargo over 3.5 tons but up to 12 tons);
- 250 soms for vehicles N3 (trucks weighing over 12 tons);
- 500 soms for N3O3, T4.2, and N3O4 (weight over 12 tons, trailers up to 10 tons, and combines, speed up to 40 km/h).

- 1,000 soms for vehicles M2 (transporting more than eight passengers, weight up to 5 tons), N1, and T5 (cargo up to 3.5 tons and wheeled tractors);
- 1,500 soms for vehicles M3 (more than eight passenger seats, weight over 5 tons) and N2 (cargo over 3.5 tons but up to 12 tons);
- 3,000 soms for vehicles N3 (trucks weighing over 12 tons);
- 5,000 soms for N3O3, T4.2, and N3O4 (weight over 12 tons, trailers up to 10 tons, and combines, speed up to 40 km/h).
