According to the data from the State Committee for National Security (GKNB), the investigation uncovered a scheme in which the former director of the Department of Registration of the Population "A.T.J.", the chief specialist of the First Mai district's Public Service Center (PSC) "P.A.T.", the leading specialist of the Oktyabr PSC "A.M.M.", an employee of "Kyrgyz Post" "T.A.Sh.", and the intermediary "M.A.K." organized a system for receiving bribes from citizens, including foreigners, who approached the PSC for government services.
According to the established scheme, intermediaries attracted clients, offered to expedite the document processing, and guaranteed quick results without the need to wait in line. For these services, they requested amounts ranging from 100 to 10,000 US dollars, which were then shared among the participants of the corruption scheme.
All detainees were placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB KR.
