At a press conference in Bishkek, Tynchtyk Shainazarov, head of the Central Election Commission, announced that since the beginning of the election campaign, the CEC has registered 261 appeals regarding possible violations of the law.

The structure of these appeals is distributed as follows:

“The largest number of appeals is related to suspicions of vote buying. Law enforcement agencies have already begun investigations. Within the next 24 hours, procedural decisions may be made, and the actions of all involved parties will be assessed from a legal standpoint. The prosecutor's office will also conduct an investigation into the legality and validity of the decisions made,” Shainazarov added.
