In his request, Abdyrahmanov indicated that a manual count of the ballots had not been conducted at the specified polling stations after they were extracted from the automatic ballot boxes. He also noted that the marks on the ballots were not announced, and observers were not shown the invalid ballots and protocols, which indicates serious violations of electoral legislation.
At the meeting of the District Electoral Commission No. 3, held on December 2, 2025, it was recorded that a manual count of the ballots was indeed conducted at the specified polling stations in accordance with established norms, and therefore the request for a recount was deemed unfounded.
The working group of the Central Electoral Commission, which reviews complaints from voters and other participants in the process, held a meeting on December 3, 2025, during which all parties were heard. As a result, it was recommended to reject Abdyrahmanov's application, as no violations of the legislation were found at polling stations No. 5366, No. 5367, No. 5368, No. 5414, No. 5416, and No. 5420.
In accordance with the recommendation of the working group, the Central Electoral Commission of Kyrgyzstan denied the request of the representative of candidate Akylbek Shamaev.
