It is noteworthy that 94 years ago, the first radio broadcasting began in the country, and 67 years ago, the first television broadcasts appeared. The celebration of this professional day was established 30 years ago.
In a relatively short time, television and radio have become essential components of public life. Workers in these media, communicating with viewers and listeners through television and radio broadcasting, become close and understanding interlocutors.
In the modern world, where information technologies are developing at an incredible pace, mass media play a key role in shaping public opinion, promoting national and spiritual values, as well as ensuring transparency of government policy for citizens.
Television and radio specialists significantly contribute to strengthening the unity of the state, maintaining peace and harmony in society, and providing citizens with objective and comprehensive information.
Over the past years, significant achievements have been made. The material and technical base has been strengthened, and the industry has been equipped with modern equipment, allowing for high-quality programs for viewers and listeners. Notable progress has also been made in covering world news and various programs in the state language.
I am confident that you demonstrate a high level of professionalism, responsibility, and a creative approach in your work. You have all the necessary resources for quality coverage of the National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2030, preparation for the World Nomad Games 2026, the Issyk-Kul International Forum founded by the outstanding Chinghiz Aitmatov, as well as other significant events in the country.
