During an inspection at the Russian-Kazakh border at the "Sagarchin" checkpoint, an attempt to import 300 kg of honey from Kyrgyzstan without the necessary documents was stopped.
According to information provided by the media, the honey lacked veterinary certificates, raising concerns about its safety and legal origin.
The freight carrier was held administratively liable, and the honey was sent back to Kyrgyzstan. The incident occurred as a result of the joint efforts of the Rosselkhoznadzor and other regulatory authorities at the Russian border.
