According to Part 1 of Article 5 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Status of a Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh," deputies cannot simultaneously hold other state or municipal positions, engage in entrepreneurial activities, or be members of governing bodies and supervisory boards of commercial organizations.
If an elected deputy does not fulfill the requirement to resign from incompatible positions within the established three days, their mandate will be transferred to the next candidate, as provided in Parts 4 and 5 of Article 64 of the Constitutional Law "On the Elections of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh."
The Central Election Commission will register resignation statements received from deputies and will issue certificates and badges of the appropriate sample within three days after the elections are completed.
