This information was announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan.
The First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, Asein Isaev, emphasized that the region has proven that even the most complex and historically conditioned problems can be resolved through dialogue and mutual respect. Over the past few years, the three countries have demonstrated determination, diplomatic maturity, and political will in peacefully resolving border disputes in accordance with international norms.
More than 80 UN member states attended the commission meeting.
Representatives from countries such as Morocco, Poland, South Africa, Armenia, the EU, Russia, the USA, Japan, Pakistan, Cambodia, Australia, the Netherlands, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Brazil, India, Austria, Thailand, and others congratulated the countries of the region on the agreements reached and noted them as an example for resolving sensitive issues thanks to the political will of the leaders.
The commission generated significant interest among UN member states regarding the processes in Central Asia.
