As part of the agreement, a credit financing of 2.3 billion US dollars is allocated. These funds will be directed towards the implementation of the project for the construction of the railway line 'China - Kyrgyzstan - Uzbekistan' according to the established schedule. The borrower is the Limited Liability Company 'Railway Company 'China - Kyrgyzstan - Uzbekistan'.
High-ranking officials participated in the signing ceremony, including Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry Bakyt Torobaev, as well as heads of relevant state institutions and financial organizations. Among the participants were representatives directly involved in the implementation of the project.
From the State Enterprise 'National Company 'Kyrgyz Temir Zholu' under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, the following were present at the event: General Director A. Sakiyev and First Deputy General Director R. Spassky.
