While discussing the project, the meeting participants received updated information from contractors about the progress of the work, which is being carried out in accordance with established norms and schedules.
During the discussion, emphasis was placed on the importance of strict compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. Participants also discussed safety issues related to the conduct of blasting operations, the necessity of installing video surveillance at the sites, as well as the introduction of additional measures to prevent violations of regulatory standards. In particular, the mandatory use of the state language for placing official information on infrastructure was emphasized, along with adherence to professional and social ethics, maintaining discipline and transparency in work, monitoring labor protection and safety of work processes, as well as compliance with environmental standards.
In addition, the issue of maximum involvement of enterprises and citizens of Kyrgyzstan in the implementation of the project was raised.
State Enterprise "National Company 'Kyrgyz Temir Zholu'" noted the importance of adhering to all norms and expressed readiness for further cooperation with project participants to ensure the safe and successful construction of this strategically important railway corridor.
