Charginov noted that residents of Nooken, Aksy, Ala-Buka, Chatkal, as well as the cities of Tash-Kumyr and Shamaldy-Sai are requesting to include the new railway branch in the roadmap for the "China – Kyrgyzstan – Uzbekistan" project.
According to the delegate, the creation of this railway line will significantly simplify cargo transportation to the regions of Nooken, Aksy, Ala-Buka, Chatkal, Toktogul, as well as to the cities of Tash-Kumyr, Shamaldy-Sai, and Kochkor-Ata. This, in turn, will contribute not only to the export of products from the specified regions but also to the construction of logistics centers.
Charginov added that the location of railway stations in Tash-Kumyr and Shamaldy-Sai, due to their proximity to the border with Uzbekistan, will allow for the development of transport routes to other countries.

According to information from the government, the total length of the railway section "China – Kyrgyzstan – Uzbekistan" on the territory of Kyrgyzstan will be 304 kilometers. As part of the project, it is planned to construct 50 bridges and 29 tunnels with a total length of 120 kilometers. The estimated cost of the project is $4.7 billion. Of this amount, approximately $2.3 billion will be provided by China in the form of a 35-year loan for the Joint Project Company established by the three countries. The loan will be repaid directly by this company. The remaining $2.3 billion will be invested by the three states in the authorized capital of the company in the following percentage ratio: China – 51%, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan – 24.5% each.
