It was revealed that in 2001, the Jalal-Abad city administration illegally transferred two land plots totaling 36,128 square meters into private ownership to two citizens — J.S. and S.B.
As a result, the prosecutor's office initiated legal proceedings to declare invalid the decisions of the city administration registered under numbers 188 and 189 dated May 18, 2001, which led to the transfer of the plot into private ownership.
After the court proceedings, the land plot, valued at 151,000,000 soms, was returned to state ownership.
