In his new documentary film "President," Kamchybek Tashiev, head of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB), candidly shared his thoughts on his partnership with Sadyr Japarov, clarifying the situation regarding their joint work. According to him, all attempts by ill-wishers to interfere in their relationship always crash against the "stone wall" of their mutual trust. He emphasized that instead of succumbing to intrigues backed by those wishing to incite conflict, he and Japarov focused on addressing important state tasks.
Tashiev stated: "Our relationship with Sadyr Nurgoyevich, as well as all our joint work, is something that only God can see. We do not compete with each other in the political sphere, nor do we strive for power or wealth. Our common goal is love for the Kyrgyz people and our country. Many have tried and continue to try to sow discord between us, claiming that I aspire to the presidency. But this is not true. I do not intend to overthrow Sadyr Nurgoyevich, and that is why we support each other, which contributes to the development of our state. I can clearly say that our relationship is based on mutual understanding, and the plans of those who wish to divide us will not come to fruition. In this life, only death can separate us. If health and opportunity are on our side, I would like to continue working in this format until the end of my days," he noted.
