Askhat Alagozov: Vladimir Solovyov's statements are 'empty and unserious'

Comment from the president's press secretary regarding the words of the TV host

Askhat Alagozov, press secretary of President Sadyr Japarov, characterized the statements of TV host Vladimir Solovyov as "empty and unserious." This statement was made in the context of discussing the possible conduct of a special military operation (SMO) in Russia's spheres of influence.
According to Alagozov, such statements require an appropriate response. "If such words were spoken by a deputy or a minister, the response would come from our deputies or government members. It is known that one of the deputies proposed to declare Solovyov a persona non grata, and there is an established procedure for this. We will monitor how this issue is addressed," he noted.
At the same time, Alagozov added that relations between Kyrgyzstan and Russia, as well as with other Central Asian countries, are at a high level. "Therefore, I believe that such proposals have no grounds. However, considering that Solovyov works for state television and his statements can provoke tension between peoples, the reaction to them should be strict. We hope that his leadership will take appropriate measures," the press secretary emphasized.
It is worth mentioning that Vladimir Solovyov expressed the opinion in his broadcast that Russia should act in the style of the USA in Venezuela, ignoring international law and considering the possibility of conducting a SMO in its spheres of influence.
