On January 15, in Addis Ababa, the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Tultemirov, presented his credentials to the President of Ethiopia, Abiy Ahmed.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the ceremony, the ambassador conveyed best wishes and greetings from the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Nurgozhoevich Japarov, noting the republic's readiness to deepen cooperation with Ethiopia both at the bilateral level and within international organizations.
The President of Ethiopia, in turn, congratulated Tultemirov on his appointment as the first ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the country and expressed hope for further development of relations between Kyrgyzstan and Ethiopia.
Abiy Ahmed also noted that he conveys words of gratitude and warm wishes to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
