Administrative protocols were drawn up against the violators, and the vehicles were impounded.
“After the video of the incident appeared on social media, traffic inspectors were able to identify the violators and take action. In particular, they were issued protocols under Articles 189, 194, and 188 of the Code of Offenses, and the total fine amounted to 85,000 soms. They were also informed that repeated auto hooliganism could lead to a suspension of their driving rights for up to 6 months.

Such actions are subject to a fine of 150 calculated indicators.
Article 194. Operation of a Modified Vehicle
Paragraph 1. Operating a vehicle that has been modified without the appropriate approval, or a vehicle with additional equipment not provided for in its design, entails a fine of 55 calculated indicators for individuals and 170 calculated indicators for legal entities.
