Health Minister Kanaybek Dosmambetov reported on the progress of implementing the president's decree to enhance the capacity of state institutions in the healthcare sector. In response to his report, the head of the cabinet issued an oral remark for the untimely execution of some tasks and instructed to appoint curators from among the deputies for more thorough monitoring of protocol execution.

Representatives of the Supreme Court and the General Prosecutor's Office provided a report on the progress of digitalization of the judicial system, the implementation of electronic document management, and the modernization of IT infrastructure. However, it was noted that full online broadcasting of court sessions is not yet being conducted, and in some cases, only edited recordings are published. Adylbek Kasymaliev instructed to rectify this situation.

Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations Gulzat Isamatova presented a report on the implementation of the interdepartmental commission's assignments to enhance the autonomy of the National Academy of Sciences. Deputy Prime Minister Ayaz Bayetov made a remark regarding insufficient progress over the year, noting unresolved regulatory issues despite the consensus reached among state bodies.

As a result of the meeting, the Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations, as well as her deputy, received oral remarks and were instructed to expedite the preparation of the necessary regulatory acts and plans for the transfer of powers.

As a result of the meeting, the chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers formulated several key assignments:
- strengthen interdepartmental coordination and appoint curators from among the deputy heads of the Cabinet;
- ensure constant monitoring and reporting on the implementation of assignments;
- prioritize resource allocation to support pilot projects on digitalization and debureaucratization, etc.
