Almazbek Polotov, born on July 7, 1985, in the village of Samarkandek, located in the Batken region, received a diploma from Batken State University in 2007 with a degree in "Russian Language and Literature".
Before his new appointment in 2024, he served as the deputy mayor of the city of Suluktu. The official presentation of Almazbek Polotov as the first deputy akim is scheduled for today in the district administration team.
