As part of his working trip to the Issyk-Kul region, the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan and head of the presidential administration, Adylbek Kasymaliev, visited several social facilities in the Tyup district.

In the village of Tyup, he inspected the V. Kaykin Secondary School, where a major renovation was recently completed. This educational institution accommodates 850 students, but currently, 1,400 children are studying here.

During his visit, Kasymaliev interacted with students and teachers, wishing everyone success in their studies and fruitful work.

The next stop on his trip was the M. Elebaev Centralized District Library of Tyup, built in 1978, with a collection of over 52,000 books.

During the discussion on the concept of library development, the head of the cabinet was presented with a project for the creation of cultural centers in various regions of the country. These centers will include museums, libraries, coworking spaces, cinemas, and concert halls. Project documentation is currently being developed.

Additionally, during the visit, plans were announced for the social and infrastructure development of the Tyup district, including the arrangement of alleys and the creation of park areas, as well as the construction of new social facilities.

Kasymaliev also visited the Tyup District Center for General Medical Practice, where he familiarized himself with the state of the medical infrastructure.

The center has 11 buildings, of which 4 are in poor condition and need major repairs and modernization of engineering systems.

The regional hospital with 60 beds was built in 2021 and completed in 2024. It includes surgical, pediatric, maternity, and intensive care units. However, due to high demand and a large influx of patients, the resources of the medical institution are limited.

After the visit, Kasymaliev instructed the relevant state authorities to pay attention to the further development of social and medical infrastructure, including the construction of new hospital buildings and improving the quality of medical services for the population.

Moreover, during the working trip, the Prime Minister reviewed the implementation of the investment project for the construction of the year-round ski resort "Karkyra," which aims to create a modern center with a developed tourist infrastructure.

Currently, in the first phase of the project, work is underway to build more than ten guest houses and procure the necessary equipment, including for the cable car.

Adylbek Kasymaliev noted the high tourist potential of the region and emphasized that the implementation of projects in this area will have a positive impact on the socio-economic development of the region.
