The Cabinet of Ministers approved the lease of a 2-hectare land plot in the Kochkor district of the Naryn region to the LLC "Shanxi Coal Transport and Sales Company" for a period of 15 years.
According to decree No. 173-r, issued on March 17, 2026, this plot remains state property and is classified as "Land for industry, transport, communications, energy, defense, and other purposes."
The plot is located within the boundaries of contours No. 249 and No. 250 of the village of Semiz-Bel in the Ormon-Khan rural district, as reported by the source Tazabek.
It is noted that the company has 100% foreign investment. The lease includes the possibility of extending the contract.
The State Administration of the Kochkor District has been instructed to conclude a lease agreement with the company and to monitor the timely receipt of lease payments into the republican budget. In case of improper fulfillment of the contract terms, unilateral termination may occur.
The State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography has been tasked with registering the company's right to temporary use of this plot.
The decree emphasizes that this decision was made to create favorable conditions for attracting foreign investments.
