According to Tajibaev, the schools named after M. Adyshev, T. Otunchiev, Parmanas, and A. Madaliev have not undergone major repairs since their opening.
“Currently, preparations for the major renovation of the M. Adyshev school have begun. 115 million soms have been allocated for this work. The roof has already been opened, and the internal heating systems are almost completed. In the next phase, a complete renovation of the school’s interior will be carried out,” the mayor noted.
As for the T. Otunchiev school, 217 million soms have been allocated from the republican budget for the construction of a new building with 275 seats. This building will be equipped with an assembly hall and sports facilities.
The Parmanas school will also undergo major renovations funded by the republican budget, totaling 86 million soms. Work is expected to begin in the coming days.
Previously, the A. Madaliev school offered education only up to the 9th grade, but now plans are in place to build a new building with a sports hall for 150 seats, and work will begin shortly.
Additionally, due to the administrative-territorial reform, the J. Bubaev school in the village of Budalyk, which has been annexed to the city, is also included in the major renovation program. Plans include the construction of a sports hall next to the school,” the mayor added.
Nursultan Tajibaev reported that large-scale construction is planned in Gülchö over the next two years. This may cause temporary inconveniences for the residents.
“We apologize in advance to the residents for any possible inconveniences due to the construction work. For the development of the city, it will be necessary to remove some fences and structures. Sometimes, certain sacrifices must be made for improvement. Special thanks to those residents who voluntarily dismantle their properties,” the mayor emphasized.
