This event occurred as part of the administrative-territorial reform, as a result of which the rural districts of Aleksandrovka, Sadovoe, and Sretenka were merged into a new administrative unit — the rural administration of Min-Bulak, which includes seven villages. The village of Sadovoe became the administrative center of the new entity and the location of the social facility.
The "Ak-Ilbirs" center was established on the basis of the local cultural house. The opening ceremony was attended by the akim of the Moscow district Niyazbek Kozyuev, the head of the rural administration of Min-Bulak Denizbek Raimkulov, representatives of the Japanese embassy in Kyrgyzstan, as well as local residents and youth activists.
The guests of the event familiarized themselves with the exhibitions, and local young talents showcased their creative performances. In their speeches, the district and rural administration leaders emphasized the significance of this project, which has become the first initiative of its kind in the region. "The youth center is not just a place for learning; it is a space that promotes the comprehensive development of youth and the realization of their ideas," noted the head of the rural administration Denizbek Raimkulov.
After the official part of the event, a presentation of the new center's capabilities took place, where young people were able to discuss their ideas and initiatives.
Among the students, there was an atmosphere of enthusiasm regarding the opening of the center. For instance, an 11th-grade student from the Oktyabrskaya Secondary School in the village named after Krupskaya, Dominika Nain, expressed her admiration for the exhibition. A 10th-grade student from the B.G. Bazhan Secondary School, Rayana Karypbaeva, noted that excellent conditions have been created in the center for preparation for the National Testing (ORT) and for in-depth language studies.
