At the event, the Ambassador of Mongolia to the Czech Republic, Hansukh Damdin, delivered a speech emphasizing the significance of the year 2025 as an important date in the history of the two countries. In honor of this event, the President of Mongolia, Khurelsukh Ukhna, visited the Czech Republic at the invitation of his Czech counterpart, Petr Pavel. During the visit, the international exhibition "Genghis Khan" was opened at the Czech National Museum, and a concert titled "Beautiful Country Mongolia" took place at the Presidential Palace and the Rudolfinum Philharmonic Hall.

Ambassador Hansukh Damdin also mentioned significant achievements in bilateral cooperation. These include a project for the reintroduction of the takhi, being implemented at the Prague Zoo, as well as the historic opening of the Erdenet copper mine, which resulted from the work of a joint Mongolian-Czechoslovak geological group. This mine plays a key role in Mongolia's mining industry and significantly impacts the country's economy.

During the event, a presentation in Czech was given by sworn translator Myanganbayar Batjargal. He spoke about Mongolia's rich culture, including literature, traditional clothing, and the "Three Manly Games" — traditional Mongolian sports: wrestling, horse racing, and archery.

The performance by musician Khosbayar Bayarsaihan was a true highlight of the evening. He showcased his mastery of the morin khuur (Mongolian violin) and throat singing (khöömi). Guests enjoyed national cuisine and tea provided by the Mongolian YURT CAMP team from the "Ger Camp," as well as an exhibition of works by artist D. Unent, a graduate of the Czech Academy of Fine Arts.

This cultural event was part of a broader program aimed at promoting Mongolia in honor of the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations. Guests expressed interest in various aspects, including the significance of the national flag and soyombo, the history of Mongolian conquests in Europe, their path through Moravia, and how modern Mongolia combines a nomadic lifestyle with contemporary realities.

Deputy Mayor Marian Hoshek welcomed the participants of the event, expressing gratitude for the interesting presentations about Mongolia and accepting the guests' proposals.

It is worth noting that the Mongolian embassy has been located in this area of Prague since 1964.
