As part of a special program developed by the ministry, it is planned to train civil servants in working with AI.
According to Madiyev, "currently, training covers 50,000 civil servants. In the future, courses on artificial intelligence will become mandatory for everyone, and without completing them, one will not be able to work in the civil service."
The minister noted that this is necessary to enhance the professional skills of civil servants, improve their work, and reduce the level of bureaucracy.
“We provide training on creating AI agents, developing models and multi-agent platforms, as well as offering computational resources, datasets, and language models. Even those without programming experience will be able to master the creation of such agents,” added Zhaslan Madiyev.
According to information from the department, approximately 3,000 civil servants have already completed training on the platform and acquired skills in creating AI agents.
