The adoption of this agreement will open new horizons for Mongolian airlines, allowing them to expand their presence in the Bulgarian and European markets. This agreement will also ensure integration into the international transport and logistics network, facilitating an increase in the number of flights, growth in passenger traffic, and development of tourism. It is expected to be an important step in strengthening bilateral relations, trade, and economic cooperation between Mongolia and Bulgaria.
The agreement includes key aspects such as the designation of air carriers, rights to operate flights, the process of issuing and revoking licenses, compliance with legislative norms, principles of fair competition, social and environmental standards, recognition of licenses and certificates, flight safety, incident investigation, ground handling, user fees, customs tariffs, as well as rules for regulating capacity and tariffs, revenue transfer, and code-sharing agreements.
