The detained woman, Ivanna Ortiz, is charged with ten crimes, including the use of a semi-automatic rifle and shooting at a residential building, according to NBC News. The court has set bail at $1.85 million. If the woman is found guilty, she could face life imprisonment.
The shooting at Rihanna's house, where her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky, and three children were also present, began on Sunday in the Beverly Crest area of Los Angeles. Reports indicate that a white Tesla, driven by Ortiz, approached the house, and it was from there that the shots were fired. The bullets struck both the singer's house and a trailer in the yard, as well as neighboring buildings. After the incident, the woman left the crime scene but was apprehended half an hour later. Shell casings, a wig, an AR-15 rifle, and spare ammunition were found in her vehicle. Fortunately, no one in the nearby houses was injured.
