According to the agency, the return occurred within the framework of a criminal case related to corrupt actions during the privatization of the state enterprise "Avtovneštrans," previously known as the Issyk-Kul branch.
This property complex occupies an area of 7,245.74 square meters, while the land plot covers 50,414 square meters. The SCNS reports that the privatization process of these objects was associated with corrupt schemes, which served as the basis for initiating an investigation.
As a result, the owner acknowledged their actions and voluntarily returned the property to the state.
The agency also noted that work on the return of illegally privatized objects and land plots continues, in accordance with the state policy aimed at protecting state assets.
