“The video recorded a verbal conflict”
The UPSM explained the incident involving a passenger who was thrown out of a bus in Bishkek.
According to the service, a conflict arose between two passengers when the driver stopped the bus on the side of the road and opened the doors.
“The recording shows how two passengers engage in a verbal altercation. As a result, one of them pushed the other, causing the latter to fall out of the bus. The injured party did not file a complaint with law enforcement,” the UPSM added.
In addition, a protocol has been drawn up against the driver for violating traffic rules.
