According to information provided by the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the violation was discovered during raid inspections conducted in Bishkek and the Alamudun district. In response, necessary measures were taken.
The fine was imposed in accordance with Article 230 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning offenses. Additionally, a guarantee letter was obtained from the offender, confirming the complete cessation of fire setting from December 29, 2025.
The agency emphasized that monitoring raids will continue and be intensified. Citizens were reminded of the need to strictly adhere to environmental standards, legislation, and public order regulations.
