In Ala-Too Square in Bishkek, the service staff recorded unauthorized fire setting. As a result, a fine of 28,000 soms was imposed on the violator in accordance with Article 230 of the KR Code "On Offenses".
A guarantee letter has also been received, confirming the complete cessation of fire setting from December 29, 2025.
The Environmental and Technical Supervision Service will continue to strengthen control over compliance with environmental standards and the maintenance of public order, urging citizens to strictly adhere to the established legal requirements.
