Employees of the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service immediately went to the specified address for verification. As a result, it was found that the source of the smoke was not the "Mustafa" cafe, as initially assumed, but the "Avangard 2" hotel located in the same area.
The hotel owner, individual entrepreneur S.G.V., was fined 28,000 soms in accordance with Article 230 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In addition, a conversation was held with the entrepreneur about the importance of complying with environmental legislation and all relevant norms and rules.
