During the analysis of the situation, it was revealed that in the early 2000s, a significant plot of land belonging to PATP-1 was illegally privatized. The former director of the enterprise registered this territory in his name and then divided it into several parts, which were transferred to people close to him.
Investigative actions showed that the privatization process was carried out in violation of the law. Understanding that his actions were illegal, the former head of PATP-1 agreed to return the land plot of 1.39 hectares, which includes both administrative and economic buildings, to the state.
The GKNB emphasizes that work on the return of illegally privatized state property will continue.
