
In the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region, the prosecutor's office conducted an inspection of compliance with land legislation. During this inspection, it was established that a plot of land measuring 0.24 hectares was illegally sold into private hands, as reported by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office.
According to the prosecutor's office, this plot was located in the Savaisky rural council and previously belonged to a children's health center. It was also found that the privatization procedure for this social facility was violated.
After the intervention of the prosecutor's office, the plot, valued at 15.6 million soms, was returned to municipal ownership.
